Every kind of bourbon goes well with an open grill.
I’m the CEO and a Partner at melt and I’m responsible for keeping the lights on (but I also chat with our customers and rally the melt troops). It’s a tough job working with some of the smartest, most awesome, and fun people, but hey, someone’s gotta do it.
I’m originally from Detroit and I knew the Motor City as a place for tasty deli sandwiches, less-so their cars, but if I could live anywhere it’d be in Colorado because I’m all about their mountains. Actually, I love the mountains so much I learned how to rock climb. It was the most challenging thing I’ve ever done because really you need to be more mentally prepared than physically prepared. When I’m not working at melt or scaling mountains (I’m basically Stallone battling Lithgow in "Cliffhanger"...), I’m outdoors with my grill because I love barbecuing. There’s nothing like cooking with a live fire while drinking beer. Or bourbon. Or wine. Who knows what I’m in the mood for that day.
